We offer standard shipping, and currently US only.

All orders are sent via the local post office and are trackable. 

Most orders are fulfilled within 1 - 3 business days. Please allow up to 3 - 10 business days
 for delivery. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.  

It will require 30 working days (from the postal date) before they consider an item lost. It is also worth checking with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel.

• Your item will be dispatched to the address used at checkout.
• We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
• We are not responsible for items you forget to collect in time from the local Post.

*Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we, unfortunately, have no control over, your delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience in those instances.

If you need it for a special occasion please allow us a reasonable time to process the order. If it's an emergency, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. :)

KKL will undertake the shipping tax for you. Customers don't need to pay an extra fee for free standard shipping.
