Refund policy

We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Please feel free to contact us via service@kkl.com or contact box, if there is any problem with the item.

Orders made via 3rd-party sellers, including Amazon, please contact the sellers for return.

We will need the following info:

  • Your Name
  • Email Address

  • Order Number

  • Which product do you want to return?

  • Do you still have the original box of the product? Yes/No

  • *More details: damaged/defective product picture 

 

Returns (if applicable):

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused.

- In the same condition that you received it.

- In the original packaging.

Items not returned in this condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds

Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. A refund will be issued the next day once the item has been inspected, which may take 4-6 days to be processed by your credit card provider.

 

Do I Have to Pay Shipping Costs for a Replacement Product?

In the rare event that your KKL product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item shipped at no cost to you within the continental United States. We offer FREE standard shipping via UPS/USPS/FedEx to ship replacement products, but expedited shipping is available if you choose to pay the additional expense. If you would like to have a replacement product shipped to an address outside the continental United States, you will need to pay the shipping costs.

 

What's Not Returnable / Refundable? (*) 

- Special Order items (Items that are made to order).
- The shipping fee by the customer paid for premium shipping service/international shipping service.
- Re-sale products.
- No installation services will be refunded for a return, and dis-assembly is not a service that we provide.

 

Return after 30 days of receipt

You are also free to return any item after 30 days of receipt.

In this case, we offer two return options:

 

Option A:

The total cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

A 10 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all opened products.

 

Option B:

No shipping fee is applied.

A 15 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all opened products.
