Refund policy

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. For orders that have already been shipped, if you need to return the product and request a refund due to reasons other than product quality issues, you will need to cover the shipping costs to return the unopened product.

Modifications

Suppose you unintentionally ordered in the wrong size, color, or have second thoughts about the header, lining, or otherwise. In that case, we will be glad to revise your order within 48 hours. Two easy and effective solutions help. Contact our customer service via LiveChat or email us at support@kklfurniture.com. A refund or an invoice will be sent to you for the pricing changes.

Since we usually ship within 48 hours, we can only process order modifications within 48 hours of the order being placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns (if applicable)

Sofa Products
Our sofas are compressed or semi-compressed products. Once you unpack them, they cannot be re-compressed. Therefore, unless there is a quality issue, we generally do not accept returns.
If there are size or color errors, or other quality issues caused by us, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will reship the product or send replacement parts free of charge and cover the shipping costs.
If everything is in order, but you are not satisfied with a part of the sofa, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product. Our team will work with you to find a solution.

Accessory Products
● If the accessory products you purchased (cushions, sofa covers, etc.) have size or color errors, or other quality issues caused by us, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will reship the product free of charge and cover the shipping costs.
● If you are not satisfied with the product, please submit a return and refund request within 30 days of receiving the product. After we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund, but you will be responsible for all the return shipping costs.
● If the product has no quality issues, but the returned product is not in resalable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund, including but not limited to:
The product is damaged;
The product has stains on the surface;
The product has an odor;
The product has been washed.
Please note: Since we have multiple warehouses that accept returns, please contact us if you need to return any items. We will then provide you with the warehouse closest to your address.

Free Swatches Available
We offer free swatches. You can know better what your new sofa will look like before ordering. We recommend ordering free swatches first because colors or fabrics don't always perform perfectly from the screen. It's easy to check before making your final purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The shipping cost of returns (if applicable)

For quality issues, all return shipping costs will be borne by kklfurniture. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kklfurniture.com.
