How much is the shipping fee?
- We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more in the US.
- Swatches orders have a $4.99 shipping fee.
- For orders under $150, please refer to the shipping cost displayed on the checkout page, as it depends primarily on your location.
Which courier service are you using?
- Orders are shipped by FedEx mainly.
- For free fabric swatches, most of them are shipped by USPS.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your package ships, we will email you the tracking information(carrier and tracking number).
You can check your shipment by clicking the Track Order for more details. Or visit the carrier's official website to monitor your package.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
We support payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal.
What should I do if my order was shipped incorrectly or if an item is missing?
Please contact us immediately via email or online customer service, and we will resend the item to you free of charge.
How many packages will I receive?
- The sofa and cushions will be shipped separately.
- Please note that your sofa order will arrive in more than one package; the exact number of packages depends on the size of the sofa you ordered.
Will my order information be kept confidential?
All of your personal and private information will be kept strictly confidential.

Why does the sofa I received look like it's sagging?
After being compressed, the sponge needs some time to regain its original shape. Please unpack the product, pat it firmly, and wait 72 hours.
Why does the actual fabric look different from what I saw when shopping online?
Every screen displays colors slightly differently. We strongly recommend that you order our free samples before purchasing the product to ensure you are satisfied with the color and material.
Is the product environmentally friendly?
Our products are all environmentally certified. All the cardboard boxes used for packaging are made from recycled materials.
